This position involves leading the design activities of new ICE products and supporting existing ones, working closely with global and regional teams as well as customers and suppliers to ensure project success.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3D CAD modeling and 2D drawing creation
ICE engine product design and development
Design change management and implementation
Failure mode analysis and troubleshooting
Fluent English communication skills
Automotive product design experience
Use of Microsoft Office and SolidWorks
Nice-to-have
Second language proficiency (e.g. Japanese)
Experience with DFMEA or DRBFM
Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Motivated and self-driven work ethic
Experience working with international teams
Key Requirements
4 Year College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Practical work experience with ICE engines
Experience with DFMEA or DRBFM
Ability to travel internationally and domestically
