The role supports the delivery of Business Performance Management reporting agendas for different regions within Diageo.
Candidates will be responsible for data extraction from various financial tools to prepare Annual Operating Plans and Strategic Plans.
This position requires strong collaboration with Market Finance Managers, Regional Finance teams, and Brand teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Must-have
5-6 years FP&A experience
SAP MicroStrategy Qlik Anaplan Power BI
Annual Operating Plan preparation
Complex Excel financial modeling
VPMC and Brand Mix analysis
Nice-to-have
Strong verbal communication skills
Confidence in elaborating ideas
Ability to work with global teams
Experience with strategic planning
Good understanding of P&L and Cash flow
Key Requirements
5-6 years of FP&A or Commercial Finance experience
CA/CMA (Inter) or MBA from Tier 2 & 3 institution
Proficiency in SAP, MicroStrategy, Qlik, Anaplan, and Power BI
