Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing licensed and non-licensed personnel providing healthcare and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis.
Responsible for ensuring resident safety, and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect, acting as a liaison between residents, family members, and physicians.
Maintains confidentiality, keeps abreast of regulatory changes, and communicates them appropriately to the nursing staff.
