Job Summary

  • This role is a leadership position in the Drug Delivery Systems and Packaging (DDSP) department within CSL TechOps, focusing on establishing and evolving best-in-class practices and procedures for primary packaging development.
  • You will guide integration of primary packaging system development with CMC, device development, and Verification and Testing workstreams to influence and enable CSL clinical asset development strategy.
  • Identify and develop talent to meet DDSP business requirements and develop robust succession plans that provide career opportunities for individuals while supporting business resiliency.
