Job Summary

  • Partner with respective Finance teams across the value chain to develop the annual five-year business plan and develop summary presentations for leadership reviews.
  • Lead the development and delivery of monthly and ad-hoc executive‑level presentation materials and communication packages for senior leadership.
  • Build strong working relationships and act as a connector across Specialty Sales businesses, finance and other partner organizations to drive alignment, partner better and deliver results.

Key Requirements

  • 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Finance
  • Recent supervisor experience
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field
  • MBA and/or CPA is preferred
  • Experience in complex, matrixed, and multicultural environments
  • Exposure to the energy industry is preferred
  • Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor and coach
