Key Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Business or HR Discipline or equivalent experience
  • Case Management experience
  • Experience managing tribunal claims, discipline, grievance, conflict
  • Articulate, numerate with ability to manipulate data
  • Good working knowledge of HR processes and IT systems
  • Well-developed customer and relationship management skills
