Skills & Requirements
Must-have
AS/EN 9100 Quality Management System implementation
Internal and external audit execution
Root cause analysis using 8D or 5 Whys
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
3-5 years experience in aerospace quality
Nice-to-have
PERAM 145 military standards knowledge
Master's degree in relevant technical field
Lead Auditor certification for AS/EN 9100
Experience with P145 organizations
Proficiency in Quality Management System software
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
3-5+ years of QA/QC experience in aerospace or defense
Certified Internal or Lead Auditor (AS/EN 9100) preferred
