Salary
Base: $4,331.70 - $9,529.30 monthly; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus or incentive plan; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) match included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years management experience in supply chain
WMS and LMS software proficiency
OSHA and DOT regulatory compliance knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience with robotics and conveyance equipment
Project management skills in LEAN or KAIZEN
Strong employee engagement and coaching abilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred
