Job Summary

  • The Office of the CIO Operations Leader will be accountable for providing strategic leadership & best-in-class execution to deliver performant Financial Management, Program Management, Vendor Management, Application Portfolio Management, Employee Engagement, Lean & Communications capabilities across the Electrification Systems (ESY) Digital Technology (DT) function.
  • Continuously improve and eliminate waste from existing processes & applications in partnership with the DT Leadership Team & stakeholders, and lead & drive transformation initiatives across the ESY DT function.
  • Establish a culture of lean, innovation, high-performance, collaboration, inclusiveness, respect, and integrity, while motivating, inspiring, and mentoring team members to achieve measurable goals and develop DT talents.

Key Requirements
