Job Summary

• The Team Lead position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, in-seat and restaurant dining service operations for Legends Hospitality at the Maryland Club.
• Responsibilities include assisting in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff, directly managing event day staff, and maintaining high volume food and beverage inventory.
• The role requires training and enforcing responsible service of alcoholic beverages, developing and enforcing standards for service, sanitation, and product quality, and ensuring all cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
