Job Summary

  • As a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will advise senior leaders, drive organizational design and effectiveness, and deliver talent and workforce solutions that enable current priorities and future-state capabilities.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional stakeholders, you will execute enterprise HR programs with rigor, speed, and sound judgment – leveraging data, governance, and practical, people-centered solutions to build capabilities for long-term business success.

Key Requirements

  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of HR experience
  • Master’s degree and 4 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of HR experience
  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of HR experience
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of HR experience
  • 8+ years of complex/strategic HR experience
