Base: $156,000 - $234,000 CAD (Toronto); Base: $163,000 - $288,000 USD (US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants

Must-have
3+ years production-grade ML systems experience
Deep learning and NLP expertise with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Building RAG architectures and agentic frameworks like LangChain
Expert-level Python with asynchronous patterns and scalable architecture
Experience with Text-to-SQL and long-context LLM applications
