Job Summary
This is a hands-on product design role where you will be embedded in product teams, designing end-to-end across research, concepting, prototyping, and high-fidelity delivery.
As a Principal Designer, you will tackle the most complex and ambiguous design problems RX faces, bringing strategic thinking and deep craft to challenges that require more than a standard design process.
You will actively explore how AI tools and capabilities can be applied to RX's products and design workflows, helping the Head of UX build a smarter, faster, and more effective design practice.
