Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years QC or analytical development experience
Expertise in GLP-1 and complex molecule analysis
Thorough knowledge of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and pharmacopeial requirements
Experience leading analytical method transfers (AMTs)
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have
Ability to work in matrix organization
Openness to adapt to new work environments
Experience with stability program assessments
Capability to drive performance improvement initiatives
Willingness to work across different time zones
Key Requirements
Higher University Degree (Masters or PhD) in Natural Sciences
10 or more years' experience in QC or analytical development
