Job Summary

• Responsible for cultivating and promoting the long-term customer partnership with key accounts, managing dealer and direct contract business activities from order specification to installation and service.
• Acts as a key contact and project liaison, facilitating compliance with contractual requirements, generating reports, and developing alternative project solutions to meet customer satisfaction.
• Develops and promotes valued relationships with the dealer network, coaches and mentors team members, and creates and delivers Customer Experience training initiatives.
