Job Summary

  • Lead end-to-end processes and/or programs that require complex decision making, advanced understanding of client and stakeholder needs and subject matter expertise.
  • Manage the design and day-to-day implementation of a diverse and stable debt and deposit offering, related hedging strategies and funding pricing for the Firm's US Banks.
  • Manage, attract, develop and retain talent for team within Finance while creating an inclusive environment; translate Firmwide goals into actionable goals for department/function.

Salary

Base: $175,000 - $250,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
