The successful candidate will build and implement an EMEA Employee and Labour Relations strategy that aligns with company goals while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Experience managing interactions with Works Councils and Trade Unions
Ability to conduct investigations and resolve complex issues globally
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred with fluent English and another European language
Strong presentation and training skills for educating managers
Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics
Cultural awareness navigating distinct labour landscapes across EMEA
Pragmatic and empathetic problem-solving approach
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Preferably CIPD qualified
Deep experience in France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain
