Cloud Application planning and dimensioning
Network performance & optimisation guidelines for NTN
3GPP standards, cloud-native architectures, vRAN
LTE eNodeB and 5G gNodeB experience
EPC Core and 5G Core experience
Cloud technologies (VMs, Docker, Kubernetes)
Nice-to-have
Direct-to-device satellite network experience
Seamless roaming between terrestrial and satellite networks
Continuous improvement with Operations & Implementation teams
Mentorship and career development for engineers
Key Requirements
Experience in network design and planning within cellular telecommunications
Experience with Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) highly preferred
Proven ability to perform traffic forecasting and resource planning
Demonstrated expertise in defining KPI frameworks, baselines, and thresholds
Strong background in telecom standards, satellite and mobile network systems
Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies
Excellent understanding of 3GPP RRC & NAS procedures for NTN
Excellent understanding of end-to-end LTE and 5G call flows
Previous experience managing or mentoring engineers
