Job Summary

  • Responsible for handling Technician calls, ordering glass parts, and routing technicians.
  • Daily communication with Glass General Managers about the schedule and helping the Customer Service Team with any scheduling questions.
  • Assist any Glass Customer Service Representatives that have questions about the scheduler.
