Job Summary

  • The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates and treats residents, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, communicates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and maintains accurate and timely documentation in the medical record.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), aides, and students in accordance with the state practice act.
  • Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred but not required.
