Employees must accurately record all entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts while reporting any changes in resident condition or accidents immediately to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring confidentiality of protected health information.
