Job Summary
The System Administrator is expected to facilitate operational support to and on behalf of the assigned team, supporting and maintaining large and global scale systems.
Work is ticket based, and the team would be expected to procedurally work through tickets to resolution, accurately recording all metadata related to tickets.
The role requires providing out of business hours support for scheduled time sensitive upgrades and 24/7 on-call support for critical system outages.
