Job Summary

  • The System Administrator is expected to facilitate operational support to and on behalf of the assigned team, supporting and maintaining large and global scale systems.
  • Work is ticket based, and the team would be expected to procedurally work through tickets to resolution, accurately recording all metadata related to tickets.
  • The role requires providing out of business hours support for scheduled time sensitive upgrades and 24/7 on-call support for critical system outages.
