Job Summary

  • As a financial security technician, you will follow up on client requests from Investment and Retirement, support advisors and sales partners, perform various calculations and compilations related to submission requests, simplify information, welcome visitors, and receive and make phone calls.
  • You will perform various transactions and manipulations in business line-specific computer systems to provide first-contact resolution for our clients and advisors.
  • You will interpret advisor requests to submit suggestions for improvement within the Directorate and participate in continuous training for ongoing knowledge development in daily tasks.
