The Radiation Therapist is responsible for localization of treatment areas and administration of radiation treatments to patients under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist.
Ensures all documents required for treatment are completed, performs simulations and simulation radiography, and educates patients regarding procedures.
Observes all safety regulations concerning ionizing radiation and maintains a safe and clean environment within the work setting.
