Job Summary

• Support day-to-day reimbursement inquiries from field sales representatives and customers related to Interventional Spine (IVS) procedures.
• Review and support periodic updates of coding documentation, conduct in-depth research on coding, coverage, and payment policies.
• Provide support in the prior authorization, denial, and appeals process to providers, clinical and office staff, and salesforce.

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years relevant experience
• Associate's degree plus 6 years relevant experience
• 8 years relevant experience plus high school diploma
• 2+ years coding, coverage, payment advice
• 2+ years prior authorization, denials, appeals
• 2+ years coding guidelines, medical procedures
• 2+ years payer methodologies experience
• CPC or CCS-P certification preferred
