Job Summary

• The Infrastructure Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with LAN / WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team.
• Provide Level2 Technical Support for Citibank’s global network with a focus on network infrastructure in the Americas region, including Break/Fix support for Cisco Internetworking Technology solutions, Load Balancers, Juniper Routers, DNS, VoIP Appliances, and WiFi/Wireless communications.
• Major Incident Support includes representing NSS on conference calls for business impacting incidents, driving major incident conference calls, and collaborating with Level3 Support, SMEs, and Vendor Teams for rapid incident resolution.

Key Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Technology Infrastructure
• 3+ years of network operations support experience
• Experience supporting network with 1000+ nodes
• NOC experience highly preferred
• Intermediate TCP/IP communications knowledge
• Intermediate Ethernet media types knowledge
• Intermediate Cisco/Juniper/Arista routers and switches knowledge
• Intermediate SDWAN technology knowledge
• Intermediate Cloud services platform knowledge
• Intermediate knowledge of EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, or RIP
• CCNP certification highly preferred
• CCNA certification preferred
• JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIP certification preferred
• ITIL Version 3 Foundations preferred
• Developer skills such as Python
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
