The specialist ensures all personnel remain knowledgeable and compliant by regularly analyzing training data and collaborating with site leaders.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or MLS
Minimum 5 years clinical laboratory experience
At least 3 years bench experience required
Proficiency with MediaLab or LMS tracking systems
Deep knowledge of laboratory operations and quality systems
Nice-to-have
Experience covering multiple clinical specialties
Strong coaching and mentorship capabilities
Ability to travel regionally up to 30%
ASCP certification preferred
Experience leading train-the-trainer initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in MT, MLS, or equivalent
5+ years in veterinary or human clinical lab
3+ years bench experience
MT/MLS (ASCP) certification preferred
Authorization to work in the US required
