AKP Recruiting is seeking an Associate Drafter in Vernal, Utah, for full-time work in drafting services related to civil engineering, specifically in the oil and gas industry. Job Summary

  • This position will perform duties for the normal operations of our services including drafting legal plats, complex cut/fill grading plans, right-of-way plats, alignment sheets, as built plats, complex multiwell designs and parcel surveys.
  • Ability to teach and train Level I & II Drafters and responsible for knowing & understanding survey laws & methods.
  • Must maintain superior communication, computer and documentation abilities and be detail oriented with the ability to meet required deadlines.
