  • The CSR is responsible for completing paperwork, maintaining schedules, and ensuring all paperwork is complete and error free.
  • The CSR is also responsible for knowing the Shipping & Receiving Clerk functions and is able to perform in the Customer Service as well as the Shipping and Receiving function, if needed.
