Job Summary

  • Manage the implementation and administration of all human resources programs for two Business Units, driving HRIS, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and talent management programs.
  • Lead employee and labor relations, acting as the liaison between bargaining unit and management, and serving as lead negotiator for grievance procedures and collective bargaining agreement renewals.
  • Reinforce performance management culture by coaching managers, conducting investigations of alleged discrimination and employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
