Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 12+ years of Strategic HR role
  • Significant experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations
  • Strong labor relations acumen
  • Experience supporting a unionized manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior operational leaders
  • HRBP experience with carve-outs, IPO, M&A/Due Diligence, and start-ups is highly desired
