• The Field Scientific Director (FSD) is part of the Field Based Medical Leadership Team, who is responsible for training and field strategic planning activities in collaboration with the medical leadership team focused on field engagements.
• Lead development and execution of field training curriculum aligned to their therapeutic area including on-boarding and continuous learning journeys to ensure the field teams are prepared to engage in outstanding scientific interactions.
