Job Summary

  • Support the Head of Compensation & Benefits with compensation matters including but not limited to the annual pay review for allocated business units.
  • Participate in the compensation surveys as part of the annual external benchmarking and collaborate with HR Finance teams for accurate booking of bonuses and deferred awards.
  • Maintain the Group’s current job architecture framework and content and ensure adequacy with our systems.
