Job Summary
The Instructional Designer role focuses on translating business and educational needs into engaging, effective, and high‑quality learning solutions aligned with the company’s strategy and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include: Designing end‑to‑end learning journeys (blended learning, classroom training, digital learning, social learning, and learning on the job) based on learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE).
