The Associate Director, Commercial Operations is responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and execution excellence across BNF processes and internal product master data management.
This role combines hands-on operational ownership with cross-functional coordination, serving as a key partner to Finance, Sales/BD, and Reporting teams.
Key responsibilities include owning day-to-day operational execution for BNF submissions and product master data governance, as well as partnering with stakeholders to identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
