Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
  • CEM and/or CMVP certification required
  • Deep subject matter expertise in performance contracting
  • Proven ability to operate at a senior level
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems
  • Experience developing, reviewing, and approving M&V plans
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%
