Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Service Management Manager to govern Finance Shared Service functions within a Finance Shared Service Centre, driving SLA performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders through advanced Power BI capabilities.
  • This person will be the escalation point upon service disruption and missing service deliverables, and will lead, steer and deliver process improvement initiatives/projects for the center.
  • The role involves overseeing end-to-end service delivery metrics of finance shared services, developing SLA monitoring templates, managing escalations, and collaborating with IT and other teams to implement and optimize finance-related tools and systems.
