Carl Zeiss Pty Ltd is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Lead Trainer to support a global team with training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP training and consulting, particularly in Record to Report processes

Job Summary

  • Leverage extensive SAP consulting background to prepare, deliver, and follow up on comprehensive SAP/S4HANA trainings for a global team of Key Users.
  • Collaborate with other trainers to continuously improve existing training concepts, integrating innovative and modern training methods, and own/update training materials for the Record to Report stream.
  • Evaluate learning measure effectiveness, document experiences, and communicate insights internally to foster continuous improvement while supporting Key Users in training planning and preparation.
