Job Summary

  • Conduzir e apoiar processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, garantindo o cumprimento das cotas legais de aprendizes no Brasil, a gestão do Programa de Estágio (Rota Escola) e a execução eficiente do fluxo anual de mais de 190 vagas, assegurando qualidade, agilidade e conformidade com práticas internas e legislações vigentes.
  • Monitorar mensalmente o atendimento da cota legal de aprendizagem e atuar diretamente com instituições formadoras (SENAI, SENAC, CIEE, Espro, entre outras).
