Cloudbeds is seeking an Associate Website Designer to support existing website customers and assist in onboarding new clients. This entry-level position requires a background in web design, customer service experience, and effective communication skills to manage customer inquiries and ensure website quality

Job Summary

  • This entry-level position offers a unique chance to provide customer support to our existing website customers while actively contributing to the new customer setup and onboarding process under the guidance of our seasoned Website Design team.
  • Managing the support tickets through our ticketing system from live customers with published websites while maintaining the required SLA.
  • Remote First, Remote Always, PTO in accordance with local labor requirements, Monthly Wellness Fridays - enjoy an extra long weekend every month.
