Job Summary

  • This role focuses on the intersection of finance, risk, and data within Basel Capital Reporting rather than traditional IFRS financial reporting.
  • The position involves producing high-visibility reports submitted to OSFI and contributing to public disclosures and financial statement notes.
  • Candidates will work across Capital Markets, P&C, Wealth Management, and Risk teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of secured, unsecured, and guaranteed exposures.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Strong SQL and Excel proficiency required
  • Experience with regulatory capital reporting
  • Ability to reconcile large datasets to GL
  • Knowledge of Basel Capital Reporting standards

Nice-to-have

  • CPA certification considered an asset
  • Background in financial institutions preferred
  • Curiosity for process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with P&C or Wealth Management data

Key Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in related field
