This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape leadership practice and drive University-wide transformation within a newly formed portfolio focused on culture, leadership, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
As Senior Manager – Program Design, you will design and deliver participatory processes to help leaders engage with complexity, identify challenges, and inform strategic direction.
You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure intentional leadership engagement focused on real transformation outcomes, converting insights into strategic value and supporting stronger decisions and collaboration.
