• Support sourcing initiatives that drive value across roofing systems and CapEx services by collaborating with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support sourcing strategies, supplier evaluations, and negotiation preparation, while monitoring market trends including cost drivers and supply chain risks.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within Procurement, supporting process standardization and spend management initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related experience
• Foundational knowledge of sourcing and category management principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field) - Preferred
• Experience supporting sourcing initiatives within construction, roofing systems, or CapEx-related categories - Preferred
