Must-have
Current unencumbered Ohio RN license
Graduated from accredited nursing program
Ability to work night shifts 6p-6a
Critical thinking and decisive judgment
Teamwork and flexibility in stressful environments
Nice-to-have
Positive attitude and professional communication
More than one year psychiatric nursing experience
BLS training certification
Handle With Care Certification (provided upon hire)
Experience with mentoring and training new employees
