Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in information management, information systems, or similar
Minimum 5 years experience as a scrum master
Scrum Master certification (preferred)
Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, Kanban)
Proven capability leading multiple agile project teams
