  • Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
  • Physical capability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
  • Experience with CMMS software like Corrigo

Nice-to-have

  • GMP or cleanroom facility experience
  • Vocational training in building maintenance or HVAC
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Hands-on electrical and plumbing tasks experience
