Job Summary
Lead the Industrial Engineering team in delivering the key elements of our manufacturing transformation by improving flow, efficiency, and standards across the entire operation.
Redesign workspaces, production cells, and logistics areas to improve flow and efficiency, while supporting major transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly, test, and satellite areas.
Implement Lean principles and build a KPI structure for daily, weekly, and monthly governance, while coaching and developing a multidisciplinary Industrial Engineering team.
