Job Summary

  • The Senior Safeguarding Manager is the lead technical and strategic focal point for Safeguarding in IRC Myanmar’s, responsible for strengthening safeguarding systems and promoting a culture of prevention.
  • This role leads the contextualization and implementation of IRC’s Safeguarding Minimum Standards, GEDI commitments, and Safe, Inclusive & Transformative (SIT) Programming requirements.
  • The position serves as the primary in-country focal point for receiving safeguarding concerns and leads the response to safeguarding incidents in line with IRC’s global SOPs.
