The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will deliver preventative, follow up, and urgent care to patients of the Practice.
The NP will independently manage a panel of patients of his/her own, and be responsible for meeting quality, and panel targets as outlined by the department.

Key Requirements
5-7 years clinical experience preferred
Master’s degree in nursing required
Current Board certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner required
Experience managing patients independently
Experience using clinical data capture systems such as EPIC
