Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and reporting any changes in resident conditions promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and moving while ensuring a calm and supportive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Follow infection control and safety protocols
